A homeowner books a specific date and time for your estimate on your calendar. That's the billable event. If they cancel later, we'll work with you case-by-case — we're building a long-term relationship, not nickel-and-diming.

Is the outreach compliant?

Yes. We only contact homeowners who requested quotes and consented to be contacted through the lead platform, we scrub against Do-Not-Call lists before any outreach, we honor opt-outs immediately, and we contact people only between 8am and 8pm in their local time zone.
